Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed:

  • 1 standard checked-in luggage, and
  • 1 small carry-on luggage

Luggage must be of reasonable size and weight and fit securely within the vehicle’s luggage compartment.

Items such as oversized suitcases, extra bags, strollers, golf bags, skis, wheelchairs, or other large items must be declared at the time of booking.

  • Availability is subject to vehicle capacity.
  • Additional fees may apply.
  • Undeclared luggage may result in delays, the need to upgrade to a larger vehicle, or refusal of service without refund.

Vehicle passenger capacity does not guarantee equivalent luggage capacity. For safety and comfort:

  • Luggage may not be placed in aisles or block passenger seating.
  • In some cases, fewer passengers may be accommodated to safely carry all luggage.

For safety and legal reasons, we do not allow:

  • Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, toxic substances)
  • Illegal items
  • Unsecured or leaking containers

We reserve the right to refuse transport of any item deemed unsafe.

  • Please ensure all personal belongings are collected before exiting the vehicle.
  • The company is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage unless caused by proven negligence.
Passengers may be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by improperly packed, unsecured, or leaking items.

If you are traveling with:

  • Excess luggage
  • Sports equipment
  • Mobility aids
  • Child strollers or car seats

Please inform us in advance so we can assign the most suitable vehicle and ensure a smooth experience.
