Passenger Conduct

For the safety of our chauffeurs, passengers, and the public, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our sole discretion if passenger conduct, safety concerns, or violation of service policies occurs.

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the trip. Service may be refused or terminated if a passenger:

  • Engages in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior toward the chauffeur or others
  • Appears excessively intoxicated or under the influence of drugs to the extent that safety may be compromised
  • Attempts to engage in illegal activities in or around the vehicle
  • Refuses to comply with safety instructions, including seatbelt requirements or passenger capacity limits
  • Causes or attempts to cause damage to the vehicle or its interior
  • Creates health or sanitation concerns that may affect the chauffeur, vehicle, or future passengers

If service must be terminated due to passenger conduct or safety concerns, the chauffeur may safely end the trip at an appropriate location. In such cases, the full fare will still apply and no refund will be issued.

Passengers will be considered a no-show and charged the full reservation amount under the following circumstances:

  1. The passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location within the scheduled pickup time and applicable waiting period.
  2. The passenger cannot be contacted using the phone number provided in the reservation.
  3. The passenger refuses or fails to take the ride after the chauffeur has arrived at the confirmed pickup location.
  4. The passenger departs earlier than the agreed pickup time and chooses alternative transportation without notifying the chauffeur or dispatch.

By booking or using our service, passengers acknowledge and agree to these policies.
